1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the Mealuma app ("Mealuma"), published by Zubair Elahi ("we", "us"). By using Mealuma you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Wellness, not medical advice
AI recognition, portion estimates, daily targets and meal plans are estimates. Mealuma does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always review results before saving them, and speak to a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating.
3. Your account
You can use Mealuma as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information so your estimates are as useful as possible.
4. Premium subscriptions
- Premium is offered as monthly and yearly subscriptions, purchased through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play under its terms and refund policies.
- We may add, change or remove Premium features over time, and will aim to give notice of material changes.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse Mealuma — for example by attempting to access other users' data, interfering with or overloading our systems, reverse-engineering the service, using automated means to extract data, or uploading unlawful or offensive content.
6. Your content
Your photos, meals and other data remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide and improve Mealuma, as described in the Privacy Policy. Mealuma's software, design and brand belong to us.
7. Availability
We work to keep Mealuma available and accurate, but the app is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, and the service may occasionally be interrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on estimates provided by the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Mealuma and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account (how it works). We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
10. Changes and contact
